  • Training and Development: Maintain knowledge and skills for shift lead, baker, and driver positions and fill in as necessary.
  • Employee Management: Train, motivate, and coach employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance, and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers.
  • Store Operations: Monitor store activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze information and processes and develop more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, tidy store, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers or other parties.
  • Compliance: Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: Previous managerial experience is required.
  • Food Industry Experience: Previous experience in the food and restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Food Handler's License: A food handler's license is required.
