About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling human resources technology solutions to mid-sized businesses within a designated geographic territory. You will work independently and collaboratively with our internal teams to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target decision-makers and business owners in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage multiple sales cycles and implement sales solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
