Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key role at Paycor, responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within assigned territories. This position requires a strong consultative sales approach, with a focus on understanding the unique needs of mid-market businesses and presenting tailored solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify potential clients through research, referrals, and networking
  • Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs
  • Present Paycor products and services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads
  • Ownership of individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecast, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales activity and sales targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and regular attendance
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • 4-year business degree
