Benefits of Working with American Senior Benefits- Vesting and Ownership: Our agents are vested for a period equal to their tenure, ensuring they continue to receive renewals on existing policies even after leaving the company.
- Compensation: We offer 5 different levels of compensation, with higher production leading to higher potential earnings. Our agents can also earn overwrite-able commissions based on the performance of those beneath them.
- Products: We work with over 200 carriers, providing Best in Class products in every core market, including Medicare Supplement, Final Expense, Life Insurance, Annuities, and Long-Term Care.

- Advanced Sales Teams: We have partnerships with other companies that provide advanced sales teams to help our agents with complex sales situations, including Medicare/Medicare Advantage Specialists, Annuity Sales Support, and Advanced Life Sales.

As a Senior Benefits Sales Representative, you will work with your local ASB team to service your community and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Qualifications- Life and Health Producer License: You must be able to obtain a life and health producer license in your state with our help.
- Work Schedule: You must be willing to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- People Skills: You must have superior people skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Humility: You must be humble and willing to learn and grow with our company.
Our compensation package includes a base salary of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
