Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve their business challenges
- Present Paycor products and services to potential clients, both in person and over the phone
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and other stakeholders
- Forecast and meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on accuracy and reliability
- Assist in the conversion process for new clients, including submission of complete paperwork and successful processing of initial payroll
- Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction and ensure effective new client implementation
- 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- 4-year business degree
