Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Dasmen HR LLC team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in property management, with expertise in budgeting, human resources, and safety protocols. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, financially stable, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive budgets for each property, working closely with the Regional Property Manager to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including rent collections, vendor payments, and employee expenses.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Train and supervise on-site staff, providing guidance on procedures and protocols to ensure exceptional service to residents.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably with a background in supervision and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, employees, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and other industry-specific software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Frequent travel may be required to inspect properties, attend meetings, and conduct training sessions.

Salary and Benefits:
