Key Responsibilities

- **Building Connections**: You will engage with clients promptly or be actively involved to seize business opportunities. Your focus will be on creating value in your accounts through long-lasting, profitable relationships.
- **Time and Territory Management**: You will develop a daily agenda (including site visits and client meetings) to maximize client engagement and sales effectiveness within your assigned territory.
- **Be a Hilti Advocate**: You will possess the technical expertise to deliver high-level consultations to clients in your area and represent the Hilti brand effectively in the marketplace.
- **Monitoring Progress**: You will utilize Salesforce to document all client interactions, as reporting is a crucial aspect of this position.

What We Provide

Our Client Relationship Managers can expect to earn between $54,000 – $75,000, plus up to $19,000 in commissions during their first year if all sales targets are achieved. This role features uncapped bonus potential. The starting salary may vary based on location, experience, expertise, and education. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • A proactive approach – you will demonstrate our tools to clients, utilize Salesforce for tracking, and collaborate across various departments.
  • A valid driver's license is required – a company vehicle will be provided.
  • Strong time and territory management skills are essential.
  • Ability to navigate construction sites, including climbing scaffolding and lifting up to 65 pounds as needed.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
