Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
  • Inbound Responsibilities:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for sales or service personnel
  • Outbound Responsibilities:
    • Contact potential clients to gauge interest and guide uninterested customers to appropriate next steps
    • Utilize communication scripts effectively
    • Identify customer needs, clarify details, and provide solutions or alternatives
    • Capitalize on opportunities to promote additional products
    • Foster long-term relationships and engage with customers
    • Document all interactions in our database
    • Aim to meet both personal and team performance goals
Required Skills:
  • Experience in a customer support environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong customer orientation and adaptability to various personality types
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and multitask
