POSITION SUMMARY
This role is integral to sales support, focusing on delivering direct assistance to assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and clients. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your primary objective is to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to all incoming customer inquiries and requests.
- Manage pick-up requests and address delivery routing questions.
- Process will-call orders effectively.
- Provide clients with copies of invoices.
- Handle credit processing.
- Maintain an organized call list.
- Monitor orders prior to cut-off times.
- Communicate consistently with Account Executives and clients.
- Oversee same-day deliveries for the operating company.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in foodservice sales coordination or customer support.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent telephone communication abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
