About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AlfaTech. As a critical member of our operations team, you will provide top-notch administrative support and project management expertise to drive project success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in design and construction industry administration, with a strong background in project coordination and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our project managers and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of technical drawings and specifications, including document control and updates
  • Tracking and managing project changes, ensuring timely processing and client approval
  • Providing project-filing support and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting in project output tracking and resource allocation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in design and/or construction industry administration
  • An Associate's degree in business administration, construction, or project management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat, with experience in Bluebeam and Deltek Vision a plus

What We Offer

In exchange for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location. Our hybrid work model combines office and remote work, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life.
