Position Overview

Community Options Residential Services Inc is seeking a dedicated Residential Program Supervisor for a full-time role within our residential services aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Role Summary: This position involves overseeing a residential program, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and support to residents. Previous supervisory experience in the human services sector is highly valued.

Work Schedule: The typical schedule includes weekends and evenings, with specific hours outlined as follows:

  • Saturday-Sunday: 7 AM - 3 PM
  • Monday-Wednesday: 12 PM - 8 PM
  • On-Call: Weekends
  • Days Off: Thursday & Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all residents.
  • Provide guidance and instruction to staff and residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all training and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment assessments.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in using computer systems for documentation.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
