Front Office Specialist

We are currently in search of a dedicated Front Office Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Coordinate appointments, including managing conference room bookings and preparations.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper logging and supply management.
  • Assist in the preparation and binding of reports.
  • Request maintenance services, manage supply orders, and accept vendor deliveries.
  • Ensure the kitchen and office areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills.

Working Environment:

This position is based in an office setting, requiring standard safety measures. Some physical activity may be involved, including the handling of light materials and boxes.
