Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team at Tri Pointe Homes Holdings, Inc. as a Title and Escrow Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing escrow transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escrow Transaction Management: Oversee the preparation and review of escrow documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Escrow Account Management: Establish and maintain escrow accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of funds.
  • Document Preparation and Review: Prepare and review escrow documents, including closing statements and titles, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including RESPA and title and settlement rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of industry experience performing escrow and title duties.
  • Notary Public: Must be a Notary Public.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and title software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.
