Job Summary:

Johnson Service Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Pacific Northwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the development of proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to sales team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to address any challenges or obstacles.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in sales software and tools, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
