Position Summary:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients experiencing a range of disorders, including neurological, swallowing, cognitive, and speech-language challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in promoting optimal health and well-being through an interdisciplinary approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a continuum of services tailored to the needs of patients with various speech and language disorders.
- Utilize rehabilitation processes to enhance patient recovery and health outcomes.
- Uphold the organization’s mission and core values in all aspects of care.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in direct patient care, preferably in inpatient or outpatient settings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
- A Master’s degree in speech-language therapy and a Certificate of Clinical Competence.
- Current certification from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist Certification in the State of Colorado.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires medium work, with the ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly.

Work Schedule:
Scheduled hours will range from 32 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility for either a 4 or 5-day workweek. Weekend on-call coverage may be required, but no holiday shifts are expected.
