Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a continuum of services to patients with neurological, swallowing, speech-language, cognitive, pragmatic, voice, and other cognitive-related disorders.
  • Utilize a rehabilitation process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of patients.
  • Assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in speech-language therapy with a Certificate of Clinical Competence.
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist Certification with the State of Colorado.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association.
  • Two years of work experience providing direct patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting preferred.
Work Environment

Scheduled hours are between 32-40 hours a week. There is some flexibility with the schedules (open to either a 4 or 5 day per week schedule.) Occasional weekend on-call coverage required/No holidays. Patient population: inpatient adults, outpatient adults, and pediatrics.

Pay Range

$33.43 - $56.79 / hour
