Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time position within a K-12 school district. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students with a range of needs and abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech and language plans for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in speech-language pathology
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Colorado license or ability to acquire before starting
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
