Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and backgrounds, providing individualized support to help them overcome communication challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to provide SLP services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Record Keeping and Progress Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports to track student progress and inform future interventions.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Active SLP license in the state of Colorado.
