Job OverviewCompany Overview:

Sparks Group is collaborating with a nonprofit organization to recruit an Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing payment processes, assisting in invoice fulfillment, and coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Finance Team to handle a substantial volume of invoices.
  • Facilitate contract management processes, ensuring effective communication regarding payments and timelines.
  • Serve as the administrator for corporate credit cards, managing the reconciliation of expenses with receipts and monthly statements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in supporting business operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

This position offers a Hybrid Remote work arrangement.

Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $26.00 to $31.00.
