Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Architect Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve designing and participating in client development, managing projects, and overseeing the development of construction documents and specifications. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and staff, and will provide oversight on all aspects of a project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop architectural projects, including buildings for residential, commercial, and educational purposes.
  • Support business growth by contributing to client development and marketing efforts.
  • Manage projects from proposal preparation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and expected profit levels are achieved.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and staff, and provide excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Oversee the coordination of work with project coordinators, team members, and other consultants involved in the project.
  • Ensure that projects meet the required design and quality control standards.
  • Manage project budgets and financial resources.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Architect with a strong track record of experience.
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of professional experience in architectural project management.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural software.
  • Strong design and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
