Position Summary
We are looking for an Architectural Project Leader to become a vital part of our organization. This role offers the freedom to design, engage in client development and marketing, manage projects, and supervise the creation of construction documents and specifications for various architectural endeavors. The Architectural Project Leader will take charge of establishing and nurturing collaborative relationships with clients and team members while overseeing all project phases until completion. Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan buildings for residential, commercial, and educational purposes.
- Support business growth through client development and marketing initiatives.
- Manage projects from proposal to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving expected profit margins.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Assist in analyzing reports, maps, and drawings to effectively plan and design projects.
- Oversee collaboration with project coordinators, team members, and other consultants involved in the projects.
- Ensure projects adhere to the required design and quality control standards.
- Manage project budgets effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed Professional Architect in the State of Nebraska (ability to obtain additional licensure in neighboring states and NCARB certification is advantageous).
- 15-20 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural software.
- Strong design and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate, collaborate, and communicate effectively with project team members.
