Job Summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Vendor Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Technology Services (GTS) organization, you will be responsible for managing our vendor relationships and ensuring that our IT vendor performance meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and govern our global IT vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our vendors, ensuring that our needs are met and that our vendors are aware of our expectations.
  • Lead governance and business performance meetings, driving performance through assertive contract management.
  • Ensure that all program risks and issues are managed through closure.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in account or contractor management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in IT vendor management.
  • Experience managing large-scale vendor transitions for technology teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Work experience in multiple geographies.
  • Technology vendor management experience within global financial services.
  • Experience in the management of outsourced contracts frameworks and SLA management, including developing and negotiating SLAs.

Salary Range
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
