Job Description

About the Role:

International Institute for Learning, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and developing customized solutions to help our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM software and other business tools.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Compensation:

The compensation package includes a base salary of $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 USD plus an attractive uncapped incentive package. Earnings for the first year are estimated at $80K - $120K (Base + Incentive).
