Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our Sales organization, you will be responsible for promoting and growing our PCA SKIN and EltaMD brands in your assigned territory.
Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and expand our customer base by building strong relationships with existing and new accounts. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be required to analyze sales data and business needs to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to capitalize on them. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure alignment and maximize ROI on all initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the aesthetic, medical, or beauty industry. You should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.

- Ability to travel up to 80-90% of the time, mostly within your assigned territory
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
