**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Coordinator to join our team at Seacoast Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to meet or exceed new client relationship goals.
  • Support the coordination of loan approval and document preparation, as well as the processing of closed loans for booking and submission to the loan vault.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customer inquiries, and communicate with outside vendor companies regarding closing procedures.
  • Manage past dues by providing weekly reports to commercial bankers and follow up with customers on past financial statements.
  • Assist in the review of exceptions reports and follow up with borrowers and commercial bankers to clear loan document exceptions.
  • Implement customer satisfaction surveys and analyze customer survey results to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related major preferred.
  • 5+ years related experience in process and office management, business analytics, and diagnosis obtained through commercial lending support and portfolio management.
  • 2+ years of financial services experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
