{"About the Role": "We are seeking an experienced Affordable Property Manager to join our team at Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG). As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our 51-unit apartment community, Weidler Commons. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining property integrity, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, including marketing, rent collection, and maintenance
* Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and resident satisfaction
* Collaborate with our maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repairs and maintenance
* Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic math skills and ability to perform bookkeeping tasks
* High school degree or equivalent
