Job Overview

Position: Affordable Property Manager

Company: Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG)

CRMG is seeking an Affordable Property Manager who possesses a keen eye for detail and outstanding customer service skills to oversee the management of a 51-unit apartment community. The Affordable Property Manager will handle the daily operations of the property, which includes:

  • Marketing the property to attract potential residents
  • Ensuring the upkeep and integrity of the property
  • Screening and selecting prospective tenants
  • Collecting rent and managing financial transactions
  • Issuing notices and preparing necessary documentation
  • Generating reports related to property performance

Location: Weidler Commons Apartments

Compensation: $24-$27 per hour

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM

Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours

Additional Benefits: Monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • At least one year of experience in property management.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Property Management Software is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in MS365 applications including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong mathematical skills for bookkeeping tasks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to learn quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Availability for after-hours emergencies.
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
