Job Overview

Position: Affordable Property Manager

Company: Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG)

CRMG is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Affordable Property Manager to oversee the operations of a 51-unit apartment community. The ideal candidate will manage daily property functions, including:

  • Marketing and promoting the property
  • Ensuring property upkeep and integrity
  • Screening potential residents
  • Collecting rents and serving notices
  • Generating reports and preparing agreements

Location: Weidler Commons Apartments

Compensation: $24-$27 per hour

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM

Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours

Additional Benefits: Monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years in customer service
  • At least one year of experience in property management
  • Familiarity with Yardi Property Management Software is preferred
  • Basic proficiency in MS365 applications
  • Strong math skills for bookkeeping tasks
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Capacity to learn quickly with attention to detail
  • Availability for after-hours emergencies
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
