Role Overview

The Clinical Support Supervisor II is essential in fostering the professional development of our team, focusing on clinician skill enhancement and leadership growth. This position is tasked with offering support, direction, and oversight to designated clinical personnel through strategic initiatives and programs. The Clinical Support Supervisor is accountable for delivering services, managing clinical programs, and supervising staff under their guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload to fulfill established billable service requirements, including:
  • Delivering a minimum of 100 billable hours monthly.
  • Ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided each month with minimal cancellations.
  • Submitting an accurate utilization report to the supervisor regarding the caseload on a monthly basis.
  • Overseeing a caseload to meet clinical quality benchmarks, which includes:
  • Managing at least 980 hours.
  • Customizing client program development across various skill levels, addressing moderate to severe behavioral issues, and adapting to different service delivery environments.
  • Monitoring client progress, performing ongoing assessments, and making data-informed modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Keeping precise and timely records of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with case providers on behavior treatment plans, recommendations, and transition strategies prior to making adjustments.
  • Providing constructive feedback to supervisors regarding instructors for each case.
  • Conducting assessments and creating tailored treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
  • Working with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Supervising a team of behavior technicians, which includes:
  • Offering continuous training, guidance, and support.
  • Conducting formal performance evaluations concerning adherence to program protocols, administrative duties, direct therapy, and parent training competencies.
  • Providing clinical consultation, including behavior plans and programming for clinical staff.
  • Completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload, which includes:
  • Written data-driven summaries of services rendered during the authorization period.
  • Submitting reports by the deadlines set by the supervisor.
  • Facilitating parent training.
  • Maintaining reliable communication to document scheduled appointments and returning calls within 24 hours.
  • Ensuring the implementation and understanding of the company's "zero tolerance policy" in the region.
  • Reinforcing compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations in the region.
  • Executing client behavior plans across skill levels, addressing moderate to severe behavioral issues, and adapting to various service delivery settings.
  • Adhering to all mandated reporting laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Currently enrolled in a master's program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience delivering behavior analysis services to individuals.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals, including direct service delivery across diverse diagnoses, varying levels of functioning, and a broad age range.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, including client program development across skill levels, addressing moderate to severe behavioral issues, and service delivery settings.
  • Proficiency in report writing and expertise in empirically validated assessment and intervention strategies.
  • Strong clinical and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, honest, articulate, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor, well-organized, and attentive to detail.
  • Skills aligned with serving culturally and linguistically diverse families across various socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Comfortable working in home environments of families with limited resources.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills to engage with clients, family members, and agency staff.
  • Experience in formal staff training, including didactic and in-vivo methods.
