This is a salaried employee position offering a blend of independence with the benefits of being part of a team for support, collaboration and professional growth. We handle the administrative work (generating caseload, verifying insurance, credentialing, billing, support, EHR, audits, and compliance), so you can focus on providing care to a diverse and clinically complex population otherwise underserved in mental health.

- Maintain scheduling and caseload to meet established goals.
- Accurately and completely maintain patient’s electronic chart with all required notes, testing and documentation.
- Participate in company peer consultations regarding cases, situations and challenges.
- Respond to internal and external calls, emails, texts and other communication in a timely manner.
Work Environment:

Employees will be assigned various designated facilities where they will be expected to regularly report and conduct in-patient activities and services. Employees are expected to travel between work locations regularly.
To ensure employees are able to meet the demands and requirements of the position, employees who perform duties “on-site” are subject to periodic and regular health screenings (COVID testing, etc.).
COVID-19 vaccination and booster required.
Employees must be able to regularly wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, face masks, medical gowns and similar. Background check required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD / PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited college or university.
- Valid and current license to practice psychology in the state of California, free of any restrictions or limitations.
- A National Provider Identifier.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and psychotherapy research modalities
