Within Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS), part of the Office of CISO, safeguarding our IT resources, data, and application access is fundamental to our mission.

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) division is seeking an IAM Team Manager, specifically with expertise in Federation Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) utilizing the Ping suite of products.

This position entails leading and overseeing a team engaged in extensive and intricate Identity and Access Management initiatives, focusing on Single Sign-On, Multifactor Authentication, and Passwordless solutions.

Collaborating closely with IAM Engineering, agile teams, peer groups, and internal stakeholders to meet objectives.

Additionally, cultivating positive working relationships to implement proposed solutions and offer strategic technical guidance across the team. Contributing to communication strategies, periodic presentations, and program updates for leadership. Establishing goals and objectives for your engineering team, mentoring, and fostering their professional growth. Engaging with the SOX/PCI audit team to support audit processes.

Overall responsibility for deliverables and timelines, ensuring compliance with relevant Security Controls, Policies, and Standards; partnering with business leaders and technology teams to align remediation strategies.

Qualifications

Essential:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in Federation MFA using the Ping suite of products (e.g., Ping Federate, PingID, Da Vinci, Ping Security). A minimum of 5 years of experience in a direct managerial role overseeing technical programs.

This experience must include working with agile methodologies for project execution.

Desirable:
Possession of CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification is advantageous. In addition to the salary range, this role may also qualify for bonus or incentive opportunities.
