Within Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS), part of the Office of CISO, the protection of our IT resources, data, and application access is fundamental to our mission.

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) division is seeking an IAM Team Manager, particularly one with expertise in Federation Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) utilizing the Ping suite of products.

This position involves leading and managing a team engaged in extensive and intricate Identity and Access Management initiatives, focusing on Single Sign-On, Multifactor Authentication, and Passwordless solutions.

Collaborating closely with IAM Engineering, agile teams, peer departments, and internal stakeholders to meet objectives.

Additionally, fostering strong working relationships to implement proposed solutions and provide strategic technical guidance across the team. Contributing to communication strategies, delivering periodic presentations, and updating programs for leadership. Establishing goals and objectives for your reporting engineers, mentoring, and developing your team. Engaging with SOX/PCI audit teams to support audit processes.

Overall responsibility for deliverables and timelines, ensuring compliance with relevant Security Controls, Policies, and Standards; partnering with business leaders and technology teams to align remediation plans.

Qualifications

Essential:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in Federation MFA with the Ping suite of products (including Ping Federate, Ping ID, Da Vinci, and Ping Security). At least 5 years of experience in a direct managerial role overseeing technical programs.

This experience must include working with agile methodologies for project execution.

Desirable:
Possession of CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification is preferred. In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
