Within Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS), part of the Office of CISO, the protection of our IT assets, data integrity, and application access is fundamental to our mission.
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is seeking a skilled IAM Team Manager, particularly with expertise in Federation Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) utilizing the Ping suite of products.
This position involves leading and managing a team engaged in extensive and intricate Identity and Access Management initiatives, focusing on Single Sign-On, Multifactor Authentication, and Passwordless solutions.
If you are enthusiastic about the IAM domain and resonate with the following responsibilities, this position is ideal for you.Collaborating closely with IAM Engineering, agile teams, peer groups, and internal stakeholders to meet objectives.
Additionally, fostering strong working relationships to implement proposed solutions and provide strategic technical guidance across the team. Contributing to communication strategies, preparing periodic presentations, and updating programs for leadership. Setting clear goals and objectives for your engineering team, mentoring, and nurturing their professional growth. Engaging with the SOX/PCI audit team to support audit processes.
Overall responsibility for deliverables and timelines, ensuring compliance with relevant Security Controls, Policies, and Standards; partnering with business leaders and technology teams to align remediation strategies.Qualifications
Essential:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in implementing Federation MFA using the Ping suite of products (e.g., Ping Federate, PingID, Da Vinci, Ping Security). At least 5 years of experience in a direct managerial role overseeing technical programs.
Among those 5 years, experience in agile methodologies for project execution is required.Desirable:
Possession of CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
Compensation
In addition to the salary range, this role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
