Job Overview

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for expanding and generating sales in the assigned territory for Med-South. This role requires building relationships with key decision-makers to increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in the DME or home health field
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid and current state-issued driver's license
Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to talk or hear
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
  • Travel by vehicle on a daily basis
