Customer Service Coordinator Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Zoom Drain. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Generate sales leads and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Build strong relationships with customers through active listening and empathetic communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers, and dispatch technicians to resolve service requests
  • Meet sales targets and call handling quotas, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

Requirements:

  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Familiarity with dispatch practices and customer service software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer types
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Spanish-speaking/bilingual a plus
