About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ticket Agent to join our team at Live Nation in Cleveland. As a Ticket Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and accurate information related to upcoming shows, special events, and concerts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash handling and bank procedures
  • Maintain superior customer service both in person and over the phones
  • Answer phone with prompt and courteous attitude
  • Guest relations, including sales of additional products and services
  • Will Call window (troubleshooting ticketing issues)
  • Run ticketing program on the computer for sales
  • Process opening and closing paperwork
  • Knowledge of booked talent and entertainment for the venue
Requirements
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa
  • Entry level knowledge of basic computer operations and point of sales systems
  • Skills in guest relations, phone etiquette, cash handling, filing, and multitasking
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally with both customers and coworkers
  • Ability to type 30 wpm
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Teamwork and ability to work well with others in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment
