Job Overview

Location Requirement: Candidates must be situated in or around Cleveland, OH, with an expectation of in-office presence three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday).

POSITION SUMMARY

Our P&C agents play a crucial role in guiding customers through the insurance process, providing them with the confidence and assurance that comes from working with a reputable company while maintaining a personal touch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming inquiries to provide quotes and facilitate the sale of auto and home insurance from various leading carriers.
  • Deliver a professional and high-value experience to all customers.
  • Develop expertise in the insurance products offered by each carrier.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance across different states and carrier offerings to effectively advise clients.
  • Prioritize policy retention and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Adopt a solution-oriented approach in all interactions.
  • Complete all tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possession of an active Property and Casualty license in your home state is mandatory (additional states are advantageous).
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in selling P&C Insurance, with extensive knowledge of auto and home products.
  • A strong passion for sales, customer service, and achieving success.
  • Proficient in computer skills with a proven ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Capability to manage a high volume of sales opportunities effectively.
  • Expertise in cross-selling during calls and post-bind interactions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a business context.
