Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Pearl AI. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales to Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our suite of AI-driven dental software solutions to enterprise and mid-sized accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential DSO clients through various channels such as referrals, outbound, networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within DSOs.
  • Solution Education: Educate DSOs on Pearl's products or services as solutions that address their needs and pain points.
  • Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation: Develop customized presentations and proposals that highlight the unique benefits and advantages of Pearl's solutions for DSOs, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to DSO clients.
  • Product Feedback and Roadmap Development: Provide feedback from the field to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, meetings, proposals, and deals closed.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Generate sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, with 2+ years of experience in the Dental Industry and/or working with DSOs.
  • Skills: Proficiency in software sales, self-motivation, and target-driven with a passion for sales, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrated sales acumen.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Small business or prior start-up experience.
