DSO Sales Account Executive

Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to drive sales to Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our AI-driven dental software solutions to enterprise and mid-sized accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Identify and prospect potential DSO clients through various channels, including referrals, outbound, networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
- Develop a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within DSOs.
- Educate DSOs on Pearl AI's products or services as solutions that address their needs and pain points.
- Develop customized presentations and proposals that highlight the unique benefits and advantages of Pearl AI's solutions for DSOs.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to DSO clients.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, meetings, proposals, and deals closed.
- Generate sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets and objectives.
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive.
- 2+ years of experience in the Dental Industry and/or working with DSOs.
- Proficiency in software sales.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated sales acumen.
- Small business or prior start-up experience preferred.
