Since 2019, our team has engineered FDA-cleared computer vision capabilities for interpretation of 2D and 3D dental imagery - industry-leading capabilities which clinicians, practice owners, labs and insurers use to elevate the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of dental care around the world.Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking a passionate DSO Partner Sales Manager who will be responsible for facilitating indirect DSO sales through our partners. The DSO Partner Sales Manager will build relationships with dental distributors and software partners, educate and train their enterprise sales teams, and ensure that our DSO revenue and growth goals are met.Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threatsPartner with enterprise distributors, resellers and software partners to establish and monitor revenue targets and required resourcesSupport sales team in meeting revenue targets for DSO sales through distributors, resellers and software partnersAttend and provide DSO sales support at events, including trade shows, regional DSO meetings and continuing education courses.Execute team selling activities with enterprise sales people, supporting with product demos, answering questions, etcPlan and execute successful DSO pilots, in tandem with distributor and partner enterprise sales teamsCollaborate with Pearl's Enterprise Account Managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful pilots and scheduled expansionsCoach and motivate sales partners to ensure Pearl is top-of-mindProactively communicate with distributor and partner enterprise sales people, serving as the first line of defense for inquiries and issuesDirect relevant opportunities to distributor and partner enterprise sales teamsWhat You'll Need to Succeed5+ years experience in an Dental or Software Sales Account Management3+ years of those years in DSO/enterprise sales experience2+ years managing sales teamsProficiency in software salesSelf-motivated and target-driven with a passion for salesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environmentProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated sales acumenSmall business or prior start up experience preferredAbility to travel for partner meetings, cotravel, trade shows and other business needs (25-40%)What We OfferCompetitive Benefit and Compensation OfferingsOngoing Training and Development OpportunitiesUnaccrued, Flexible PTORemote Work*Note, this position is open to remote candidates in the following states or those willing to relocate: AZ, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, NC, PA, TX, UT, WI
