The successful candidate will oversee our administrative personnel, manage daily operations, and ensure seamless business functionality.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $50,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operational activities, manage administrative staff, and carry out secretarial functions.
  • Optimize office systems by organizing filing processes, procuring office supplies, maintaining equipment, scheduling meetings, and managing the organizational budget.
  • Perform additional administrative and human resources tasks as required.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, service providers, and vendors.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to align with organizational standards.
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and client billing.
  • Manage HR functions including payroll, benefits, and personnel record maintenance.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and maintenance.
  • Provide support to staff as needed.
  • Ensure accurate record maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and general computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Excel and QuickBooks is advantageous.
