Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve long-term and near-term strategic objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and process enhancements
  • Maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including buyers, influencers, and vendors
  • Liaise between customer users and product teams to evaluate new feature requirements
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and derive actionable insights
  • Build and lead a team focused on operational excellence, customer service, and maintaining a win-or-die mentality
  • Hire, develop, and manage the performance and development of colleagues

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding annual targets and KPIs
  • Experience working cross-functionally across customers' operations, IT, supply chain, logistics, and finance departments
  • Understanding of service-focused operations teams supporting 24/7/365 customer operations
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary
  • Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
