About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Risk and Claims Administrator to join our team at Vorto Operations LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims, advising the executive team on claims coverage, and performing carrier vetting to ensure compliance with platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage insurance claims process across the company's insurance programs
  • Advise the executive team on effectiveness of claims coverage and processing
  • Perform carrier vetting to ensure compliance with platform requirements
  • Maintain standard operating procedures for carrier vetting and monitoring
  • Manage current and future compliance vendor relationships
  • Monitor and audit data integrity in 3rd party vendor applications
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to outliers discovered during audits
  • Monitor all required background checks for completion and compliance
  • Work closely with data, development, and IT teams to develop on-demand reporting and system integrations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a compliance or quality assurance role
  • Organized with a high attention to detail
  • Logistics and transportation industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven experience as a collaborative team player
