Customer Success Specialist

Banko Overhead Doors is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Customer Success Specialist to join our customer care team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining knowledge of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person channels.
  • Escalate serious complaints or issues that cannot be resolved.
  • Liaise with colleagues and management to find solutions to customer issues.
  • Identify common problems and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times.
  • Obtain and share customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Familiarize yourself with new products and services.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Provide training to new customer service agents.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Practical experience with help desk software and CRM software.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to respond under pressure.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to speak a second language may be advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours when required.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
