Job Title: Customer Success Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively contact customers to acclimate them to the benefits of being an IMAGINiT customer and support the adoption of Autodesk products.
  • Document all client communications in our CRM system and escalate any client satisfaction issues to the appropriate manager for resolution.
  • Assess internal processes and propose improvements that directly affect customer retention.
  • Act as a liaison with customers to resolve a variety of issues with their account and coordinate with internal resources as necessary.
  • Conduct presales and business reviews with our sales organization to ensure retention and expansion of solutions.
  • Provide customers with usage data analytics to optimize their digital solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred or comparable experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a customer relations role.
  • Strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and patient individual with a strong desire to make a difference.
  • Ability to work at a high level with multi-tasking and strong presentation skills.
