About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional desserts and bread programs across our restaurants, catering, and events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving commercial deliverables, including menu costing and creation, budget and P&L management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of desserts and bread programs, ensuring high-quality presentation and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage commercial deliverables, including menu costing, budgeting, and P&L management.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, focusing on talent growth and succession planning.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards and audit requirements.

  • Previous Pastry kitchen leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering outstanding food and people management.
