Director of Agency and Advertiser Partnerships

The Position: As the Director of Agency and Advertiser Partnerships, your primary objective will be to lead the development and execution of strategies to engage brand advertisers and agencies in adopting our enterprise solutions. Leveraging your extensive industry experience, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy: Develop and execute a robust strategy tailored to introducing and positioning our enterprise SaaS marketing platform to brand advertisers and agencies. Highlight the platform's campaign activation, management, optimization, and workflow governance capabilities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives, marketing directors, and other brand advertisers and agency stakeholders. Understand their unique marketing challenges and demonstrate how our platform addresses their pain points.
- Enterprise Sales Process: Utilize your expertise in enterprise sales to guide the process of introducing and selling the platform to brands and agencies. Employ a strategic approach to lead the sales cycle, from initial engagement to successful deal closure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align partnership efforts with company objectives. Collaborate to create tailored solutions that meet the specific requirements of brands and agencies.
- Solution Positioning: Collaborate with the sales team to effectively position our SaaS marketing platform during client interactions. Showcase the platform's real-time campaign optimization, workflow governance, and comprehensive reporting features.
- Negotiation and Collaboration: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Collaborate with legal teams to finalize agreements that reflect our commitment to providing an exceptional SaaS platform.
- Market Insights: Stay attuned to industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the marketing technology space. Translate these insights into actionable strategies that position our platform as the premier choice for enterprise marketing solutions.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to partnership engagement, providing regular updates to senior leadership. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize partnership efforts continually.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise solutions sales within the advertising, media, or related technology industry.
- Proven track record of successfully promoting and selling enterprise SaaS platforms to brand advertisers and agencies.
- Deep understanding of the brand advertising and agency landscape, including marketing trends and challenges.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
