Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Atlas Copco Compressors LLC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, sourcing, and maintaining quality customers in assigned areas. You will achieve or exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned areas.
  • Develop action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets.
  • Manage, call on, and sell products directly to customers in assigned areas.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Establish rapport through maintaining regular contact with existing and new customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, introduce new products and upgrades, and study customer needs.
  • Coordinate customer service and identify and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in engineering, business, or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience or customer service experience, industrial equipment sales preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Self-directed with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven business analysis skills.
  • Territory: Seattle, WA and surrounding areas. Up to 35% overnight travel.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • First-year target income $100K+.
