Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients to provide expert advice on equipment and services.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed on our inventory, including features, specifications, and benefits, to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Quote & Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate quotes, ensuring all customer requirements are addressed.
  • Order Processing: Ensure efficient and accurate order entry and fulfillment.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement of services and product offerings.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50k + commission

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction equipment or a related industry.
