JOB SUMMARY
  • Check in guests upon arrival, ensuring adherence to high service standards.
  • Process guest accounts and make sound business judgments.
  • Safeguard sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Provide insights on local attractions and hotel amenities.
  • Effectively address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Stay informed about rates, availability, and emergency protocols.
  • Coordinate with Valet and Bell staff regarding guest requirements.
  • Ensure that all guest profiles are accurately maintained in the property management system.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in front desk operations and essential computer skills are required.
  • Familiarity with Visual One property management software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills are necessary.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team setting and communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail and capacity to perform under pressure are crucial.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, TRAINING
  • A valid and active Blue Lake Tribal Gaming Commission License is required.
  • Certification in Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) is necessary for serving alcohol.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • This role involves standing, walking, lifting, and occasional sitting or climbing.
  • Specific vision capabilities are required for close-range tasks.
